How long do orders take?

We always aim to have orders in the post within 48hrs. Sometimes unexpected delays can happen so if you need your order urgently then we always recommend that you email us at kerry@christmasandmore.com.au to advise us ASAP. 

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all addresses both business and personal across Australia. 

What is excluded from your Free Shipping offers? 

We are currently unable to include our large bulky items (eg. Christmas Trees) in our free shipping offers as we are limited in which carriers we can use for those items and the high cost involved. We do however offer flat rate shipping nationwide on those items. 

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or broken?

Please take photos as soon as the order arrives and contact us immediately. We have agreements with our couriers and will rectify the problem as quickly as possible but we have strict time limits and will need you to contact us within 48 hours.
